DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time

All orders are processed with 2- 5 business days.

Packages are shipping Monday-Friday, cut off time for express orders is 2 pm.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses use the same standard USPS shipment times. Shipment includes confirmation and order tracking.

Custom, duties, and taxes

Nail Xpressions & Co. is not responsible for any taxes or customs applied to your order. All imposed fees during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

Nail Xpressions & Co is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support directly to file a claim. Save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
